Security

Control around every consequential action.

Property operators need to know who can see what, who can approve an action, and what remains in the record after the work is done. Smart City Connect is built around permissions, human approval, and audit — not unsupervised automation.

Identity, roles, and location

Access to the dashboard, the Unified App, and RiA AI follows the person, their organization, and the locations they are allowed to operate. Functions change with role. A resident, a technician, and a property operator do not receive the same tools.

Human approval

RiA can summarize context and recommend a next action. It does not execute critical actions on its own. An authorized operator reviews and approves before work proceeds.

Audit and verification

Owner, action, status, result, and the original event stay connected. Operators can follow an incident from the first alert to a verified close without rebuilding the story in a spreadsheet.

Data and connected systems

Existing building systems remain in place. Smart City Connect connects the operational context operators need through supported APIs, SDKs, protocols, connectors, and vendor platforms. Scope is validated per project.

AI governance

RiA stays inside defined permissions. Recommendations are visible, attributable, and subject to human decision. We do not claim full autonomy where an operator must still approve the action.

Security measures we can state today

Authentication, access controls, encryption, monitoring, and security auditing are in use. No method of electronic transmission or storage is absolutely secure. Certifications and independent audit marks will be published when they are available to show.
