Smart City Connect is a digital platform developed by Robot Industries that enables secure access control, property management, smart parking, visitor management, community services, and infrastructure operations.

We may also collect device information, IP address, application version, login activity, access records, usage data, and diagnostic information.

Demo and contact forms send the details you submit to Smart City Connect as a Helpdesk ticket, so the team for that website can reply. Moldova (.md) and Romania (.ro) each have their own company. The general Berlin site (.com) uses its own company when that connection is active.

How we use information

To provide and maintain services; authenticate users and manage access permissions; operate parking and visitor systems; send notifications; provide support; improve performance and security; detect fraud and unauthorized access; and comply with law.
